The Strong Nation Fitness Hangout 3.0 (SNFH3) is a free fitness event featuring some of the most celebrated and exceptional fitness trainers from Lagos, Nigeria. This exceptional fitness party is convened annually by Armstrong Li, a top fitness trainer/coach based in Lagos, Nigeria. It is a day event featuring fitness classes, fun games, and raffle draws.
SNFH 2025 will be an in-person event but we are working hard to make streaming of all classes a reality in addition to recorded material which will later be published on the SNFH YouTube channel and other social medial platforms.
